The people watching will be just as “fang”tastic as the entertainment! Guests are encouraged to dress to the nines in their most captivating vampire or goth attire with a Valentine’s flair. Mix and mingle, strike a seductive pose for photos, and strut the stage for the sweetest vamp costume contest.
Colon Cancer Alliance Hosts Annual Fundraising Undy Run/Walk
On October 22 at 9:00 a.m., hundreds of Phoenix residents will run brave through the city streets wearing boxers and briefs during the family-friendly Undy Run/Walk. Hosted by the Colon Cancer Alliance, this lighthearted event encourages participants to wear silly boxers, briefs or costumes in support of knocking colon cancer out of the top three cancer killers. Money raised through this annual event benefits the Arizona Department of Health Services’ FIT at Fifty HealthCheck program, as well as supports national prevention, research and patient support initiatives of the Colon Cancer Alliance.

Scorpius Dance Theatre Presents Brand New Show, L.O.V.E, Featuring All Live Music
From April 28-30 at 7:30 p.m., Scorpius Dance Theatre will present L.O.V.E, a brand new show choreographed by Scorpius’ Director, Lisa Starry, with live original music by Kristofer Hill. L.O.V.E is a series of short stories portraying the various types of relationships and stages of love that impact our lives. Told through dance, film and live music, this unique production will take audiences on a journey of emotions while exploring one common theme: love is everything.
The Herb Box at The Colony in Midtown to Open on April 8
On April 8, The Herb Box will be the first tenant to open its doors at The Colony, a new mixed-used development at Seventh Street and Missouri Avenue in midtown Phoenix. The Herb Box has two existing locations in Scottsdale, one at DC Ranch in the North Valley and another at Southbridge in Old Town. The new location at The Colony will be The Herb Box’s first expansion outside of Scottsdale since the company was founded in 1995.
Scorpius Dance Theatre’s ‘Catwalk’ Returns to Phoenix Theatre
Back by popular demand, Scorpius Dance Theatre presents CATWALK, February 25-27 at Phoenix Theatre’s Hardes Theatre. Fashion meets dance on the runway in this high-energy, original contemporary dance production that fuses funky fashions by local designers, the sexy athleticism of Scorpius’ dancers, and the distinct choreography of Lisa Starry. This year’s CATWALK also features guest choreography and performances by Angel Castro of HALO Movement Collective.
First Annual PHX Vegan Food Festival: Feb. 27
Davisson Entertainment presents the first annual PHX Vegan Food Festival on Saturday, Feb. 27 at the Phoenix Theatre and Phoenix Art Museum campus. The outdoor, family-friendly festival will be held from noon to 5 p.m., with one-hour early entrance for VIP ticket holders. Event highlights include vegan food trucks and restaurants, vegan-friendly food and products, demonstrations and presentations by chefs and vegan experts, plus a kids’ activity area. There will also be a cash bar and two entertainment stages featuring a full day of live music.
